Our Vision.
Property Stewards was launched when Garrett Steward saw the demand for quality contractors in central MN. Garrett, his team, and trade partners, value the importance of communicating and follow through in everything we tackle. These values paired with the Property Steward's aptitude for taking on challenges and providing solutions relating to outdoor projects sets our team apart. Aside from the values above, plain and simple, we enjoy playing in the dirt and believe if you are passionate about what you do it shows.

Our History.
The origin of Property Stewards could be traced all the way back to when Garrett and his brother Grant started doing property maintenance and small construction projects back before they could even drive. After attending college at NDSU and gaining experience at a large civil contractor in the twin cities as a project manager Garrett Steward went back to his roots. Property Stewards was officially registered as a LLC in 2022, insured, and licensed.
